Surface feeder is developed to meet the user’s need for mobile material receiving and anti-leakage. It cooperates with the engineering machine directly without civil work, thus being available to apply in unfixed work site instantly. The equipment can reach the capacity up to 1500t/h, max belt width 2400mm, max belt length 50m. According to various materials, max upwards inclination degree is 23.

Modular method is adopted for this equipment design, referring to main shaft drive part, middle conveying part and tail tensioning part. It is convenient for speedy model choosing and equipment design based on the parameter and requirement by user, thus realizing real modular design, standard production and spare parts commonly used.
