The machine-made sand is popular among most customers. The high-end equipment manufacturing sand has been promoted by our company. The key equipment of sand making system includes stone crusher(crusher machine) and powder separator.

The principle of stone crusher(crusher machine) is as follows: Dozens of breaker rolls do impact grinding on materials. The bed of material forcing materials and movable foreward-extrusion device are installed within the sand making machine. In this way, the qualified sand is discharged out of the equipment, while the unqualified sand would continue to be crushed further until it is discharged out becoming the qualified products. The void size of the sieve plate is adjustable. The materials could form material fog in the crushing cavity along with the mutual friction among materials. In this way, the finished sand shape is more mellow and full. The materials with coarse grained are discharged into the powder separator.
